Success Stories

In the fall of 2016 Roberto gave me a 30 day food challenge & I lost 18 pounds! No sugar, salt, dairy, fruit, bread, rice, or potatoes. So what could I eat? Bacon and eggs for breakfast, stir fry, ham and beans, roasted butternut squash with rosemary and thyme, and white chicken chili to name a few. I started cooking again using fresh ingredients and herbs instead of depending on eating out, processed foods and salt. It was an eye opening experience!

At the same time he encouraged me to take a food sensitivity test. I learned that my body doesn't process apples, tomatoes, mushrooms, and carrots well. Who knew? Just by cutting those daily items out of my diet my body runs more efficiently. I'm stronger, haven't been sick, and maintained the weight loss even through the holidays. My husband even lost 20 lbs.
