In the fall of 2016 Roberto gave me a 30 day food challenge & I lost 18 pounds! No sugar, salt, dairy, fruit, bread, rice, or potatoes. So what could I eat? Bacon and eggs for breakfast, stir fry, ham and beans, roasted butternut squash with rosemary and thyme, and white chicken chili to name a few. I started cooking again using fresh ingredients and herbs instead of depending on eating out, processed foods and salt. It was an eye opening experience!
