Functional Nutritional-Hormonal Evaluation

Hormonal and Body Composition Assessment

If you really want to get to the core of what is going on with your body relative to:

  • Stubborn fat gain

  • Achy joints

  • Arthritis

  • Diabetes

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome

  • Depression

  • Brain fog

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Potential cancer

  • Thyroid issues

  • Rapid aging

  • Muscle wasting

  • Bone loss

It is time to peel away the layers and address the core root not the symptoms. Stress is the main cause of every ailment, disease, sickness, and pro-inflammatory state of our bodies. To often doctors and holistic practitioners will address the problem by prescribing medications, supplements, or certain food sources that will give relief to the symptoms but the core problem persists. A thorough evaluation of sleep habits, eating habits, activity levels, body fat analysis, and functional movement screen are necessary to find out what is pulling you down. In addition, lab assessments of the adrenal glands, mucosal lining of the gut, food sensitivities, and steroidal hormones could be necessary to find the deep hidden stressors.
