GLGT is a private forum for those individuals who are proactive and have a desire and a thirst for knowledge relative to losing unhealthy body fat, undesirable weight around the waistline/buttocks/arms, leaning up the belly/butt/legs/arms, and significantly reducing the potential of chronic metabolic diseases and disorders
GLGT is a series of monthly updates featuring video, photographic, and word documents displaying and detailing specific exercises, activities, sets, reps, frequency, intensity, tempo, circuit training, and host of other components that will elevate your health/wellness/fitness levels.
GLGT is a great template program to establish a basic foundation for those who are limited for time and/or money. A more advanced GLGT Level 2 program will be established for those who need to step up it up to a higher more intensive level( when there is demand from enough members). In addition, private in person or online virtual consultation/training sessions are another option for those who want to elevate their training above the Level 1 status.

GLGT exercise programs will only require about 5-15 minutes of time 2-4 days/week.
GLGT activity programs are less structured then exercise programs and are less work intensive but will require about 15-60 minutes of time 4-6 days/week
GLGT programs can be performed in the comfort of your home, local gym, local park, or possibly in your work place( check with you employer!).
GLGT will require a small amount of very simple inexpensive yet portable equipment that can easily transported in the back your automobile.
For a cost $9.99/month you will receive new innovative monthly programs that you can perform in your home, back yard, park, or athletic field/track. You may have to purchase a few small inexpensive pieces of equipment that are very portable and simple to use.
