Eat Right Feel Better(ERFB) is a private forum for those individuals who are proactive and have a desire and a thirst for knowledge relative to enhancing their knowledge and application of diet and nutrition to their everyday lives.
ERFB is a series of monthly updates featuring video, photographic, and word documents displaying and detailing nutritionally dense foods that will promote good metabolic hormonal health. ERFB is not designed to be a weight loss program! It is designed to establish a healthy platform in which fat loss, muscle tone, improved athletic performance can be enhanced!
ERFB is a great template program to establish a basic foundation for those who are limited for time and/or money to improve their nutritional health.
More in depth individualized programs are available by contacting me Roberto Parker via facebook or email. ERFB will include Bi-monthly menus and recommendations that will be posted every 2 weeks. Programs will include a breakdown of calories and nutrients (fats, proteins, and carbohydrates). The balance of calories and nutrients combined together are crucial to hormonal, metabolic, molecular bio-efficiency!
